Models Download Stuck

Why it happens
Security plugins like Wordfence, Sucuri, or iThemes Security can block the connection RepairPlugin needs to download models and repairs from its servers. Their firewall rules may prevent requests to repairplugin.com.
Whitelist RepairPlugin's servers
- Open your security plugin's settings
- Go to the firewall or whitelist section
- Add
*.repairplugin.comto the whitelist (this allows connections to repairplugin.com and its subdomains) - Save the settings
- Try the download again at RepairPlugin > Download

- Wordfence: Go to Wordfence > Firewall > Manage Firewall, add

- Your server's maximum script run time may be too low for large downloads. Ask your hosting provider to increase it to at least 300 seconds.
- Try downloading fewer categories at a time instead of everything at once.
- Temporarily turn off the security plugin to confirm it's the cause, then turn it back on and configure the whitelist.
