An overview of the Service Methods available in RepairPlugin

This Service Method is suitable for customers who prefer to visit the store by appointment, rather than waiting in line.

  • Locations: Customers must enter their location, date, and time. Set locations and opening hours in RepairPlugin Pro > Settings > Company Information.

  • Booking Slots: Configure the length of each booking slot in RepairPlugin Pro > Settings > Planning & Discount > Service Methods.

  • Max Amount of Booking Slots: Determine the maximum number of bookings for a single slot. More slots increase customer options, but may lead to overcrowding.

  • Block Users from Making Appointments: Set the minimum time between making an appointment to prevent last-minute bookings when the store is crowded.

Ship Device

For this method, customers don't need to provide any details, as the store handling device shipment is determined in the backend.

Device Pickup & Repair on Location

Since picking up multiple devices or performing repairs on location requires precise timing, we offer timeframes for these services.

  • Multiple Time Slots: Add various time slots and select the available days for customer selection on the front-end.

  • Max Amount of Booking Slots: Set the maximum number of bookings for a single slot. We strongly encourage this when configuring Repair on location.

  • Block Users from Making Appointments: Determine the minimum time between making an appointment to prevent last-minute bookings when there are many requests.
