Change the default text in your own identity

Steps texts

You can customize the wording used in each step by editing the word strings, allowing you to communicate with your customers in a way that reflects your brand's unique voice.

Go to: RepairPlugin Pro > Settings > Front-End Steps

Notification texts

RepairPlugin sends out email notifications for various events, such as:

  • Booking Pending

  • PDF Offer

  • Booking Approved (Come by our store)

  • Booking Approved (Send device)

  • Booking Canceled

  • Price On Request

  • Reminder appointment (X hours before booking)

  • Aftersale email (X hours after the booking)

Each email contains pre-set text that we believe provides the best information to your customers. However, if you want to customize the text, you can easily do so in the settings section.

For each translation that you have set up, there will be a textbox where you can enter your desired text. With this feature, you can tailor the email notifications to your specific business needs and ensure that your customers receive clear and concise information about their bookings.

Dynamic Order Information

In addition to customizing the text in the email notifications, RepairPlugin also allows you to use dynamic order information to insert specific details from the appointment into the email. This feature enables you to tailor the email even further and provide your customers with personalized information about their appointment.

For example, you can insert the date and time of the appointment, the name of the repair, the cost, or any other relevant details. By using dynamic order information, you can create a more personalized experience for your customers and improve the overall effectiveness of your email notifications.

RepairPlugin provides a variety of dynamic order information that you can use to insert specific details into your email notifications. This information includes:

  • Customer Name

  • Customer Email

  • Customer Phone

  • Customer Notes

  • Appointment Date

  • Appointment Time

  • Created Date

  • Created Time

  • Service Method

  • Category

  • Brand

  • Model

  • Color

  • Order Summary

  • Shop Name

  • Location Name

  • Location Address

  • Location Zipcode + City

  • Reschedule Link

  • Cancel Link
