Combo Discount allows you to automatically apply a discount when a customer selects multiple repairs in a single transaction. This helps encourage customers to add extra repairs while giving them a clear incentive through discounted pricing.
The discount is applied to additional repairs, not the first repair.
Where to Find Combo Discount Settings
To access Combo Discount:
Go to RepairPlugin → Settings → Checkout & Discount
Scroll down to the Combo Discount section
Enabling Combo Discount
Apply Combo Discount to Every Additional Repair
Toggle this option ON to activate the feature.
When enabled:
The first repair is charged at full price
Every additional repair receives the combo discount
The discount is applied automatically during checkout
Discount Type
You can choose how the discount is calculated:
Percentage
Applies a percentage discount to each additional repair
Example: 30% off every additional repair
Fixed Amount
Applies a fixed price reduction to each additional repair
Example: $10 off each additional repair
Select your preferred option from the Discount Type dropdown.
Discount Amount
Use the Amount field to define how much discount should be applied.
For percentage discounts, enter a value like
30%For fixed discounts, enter the amount to subtract from each additional repair
Changes take effect immediately after saving.
How Combo Discount Appears to Customers
On the front end:
Customers see a Combo-discount line in the repair summary
A message encourages them to add another repair to receive the discount
The discount updates automatically when an extra repair is added
This makes the offer clear and increases the likelihood of customers selecting multiple repairs.
Example Scenario
First repair: Screen repair – full price
Second repair: Battery repair – discounted
Third repair: Camera repair – discounted
Each additional repair receives the combo discount based on your settings.
