The Pre-Appointment Checklist allows you to show customers a list of things they need to prepare before their repair appointment. The checklist appears on the Thank You page after booking and helps reduce missed steps, delays, or incomplete appointments.

You can fully customize the checklist items and control whether the checklist is shown.
