The Analytics Email Report sends a weekly summary of your RepairPlugin activity directly to your email. The report includes key metrics such as appointments, quotes, repairs, and accessories from the previous week.
This feature helps you track performance without logging into the dashboard.
Where to Find Analytics Email Report Settings
To access this feature:
Go to RepairPlugin β Settings β Notifications & Quotes
Scroll down to the Analytics Email Report section
Enabling Analytics Email Reports
Send Report Email
Toggle Send Report Email to ON to activate weekly analytics emails.
When enabled:
A summary email is sent each week automatically
Reports include activity from the previous week
Delivery follows the schedule you configure below
Report Content
Each weekly email includes:
Number of appointments
Number of quotes
Number of repairs
Number of accessories
Location-Based Reports
Users with Enhanced Location enabled receive separate reports for each location
RepairPlugin users without Enhanced Location receive a combined report for all locations
Weekly Schedule Settings
Last Day of Week (Weekly Closing)
Select the day that marks the end of your reporting week.
Example:
If set to Sunday, weekly data is calculated up to Sunday
Send Email On
Choose when the report should be sent:
The Day of Weekly Closing
The Next Day After Weekly Closing
This allows you to receive reports immediately or the following day.
Send Email At
Select the time the report email should be sent.
Time is based on your server configuration
Reminder: 12 PM is midday, 12 AM is midnight
Cron Job Requirement
Analytics emails require a cron job to run in the background.

If a cron job is not set up, emails will not be sent.

Replace

Cron Job Status
Last Run shows when the cron job last executed
If it shows N/A, the cron job has not run yet
Once the cron job runs successfully, analytics emails will be processed automatically.

Set a send time when emails are likely to be reviewed
