Targeted upselling allows you to offer relevant products and accessories to your customers based on the specific device models they own. With RepairPlugin, you can easily create and set up upsell items tailored to different models, ensuring that your customers get the most suitable upsales.

Step 1: Creating a New Upsell Rule:

To set up a targeted upsell, follow these steps:

  1. Navigate to the "Upsells" section in your RepairPlugin Pro dashboard.

  2. Click the "Add New" button to create a new upsell item.

  3. Fill in the title, description, and image for the upsell item.

  4. Specify the original price and, if applicable, the discounted price you're offering for customers scheduling an appointment.

  5. Save the upsell item by clicking the "Save" button.

Step 2: Connecting the Upsell to Specific Models:

Once you have created the upsell item, you can connect it to different models using the "Add to Item" button. This allows you to offer targeted upsells based on the customer's device model:

  1. In the upsell item's settings, click the "Add to Item" button.

  2. A list of available models will appear. You can use the hierarchy checkbox to select multiple models at once or choose individual models for more precise targeting.

  3. Click "Save" to link the upsell item to the selected models.

Example
You can create an upsell for the 5W adapter compatible with all iPhones up to the iPhone Xs and a separate upsell for the 20W adapter compatible with iPhone 11 and later models. This ensures that your customers receive the most appropriate accessory recommendations based on their devices.
