Problem

After installing RepairPlugin, the search bar does not redirect users to the correct repair flow page when they search for a device.

This usually happens as RepairPlugin cannot automatically detect the correct page to use for search results.

Solution

You can manually set the correct page URL in the plugin settings.

How to fix it

  1. Go to your WordPress dashboard

  2. Navigate to RepairPlugin → Settings → Plugin Shortcode

  3. Locate the Base URL setting

  4. Change it from Automatic to Use My Custom Link

  5. Paste the full url of page where [Repair_All] shortcode is used.

    • Example: https://yourwebsite.com/repair

  6. Click Update

Once saved, the search bar will correctly redirect users to the selected page.
